At SERVITOP, like all our services, topographic surveys are prepared under the direction of a registered surveyor. All our surveys result in a map that meets the minimum technical standards established in each state.

In the process of conducting boundary surveys, land records are carefully investigated, field teams are deployed to sites, equipped with appropriate data collection technology, this information is compared with land records and maps/sketches are made that represent lot size. Our maps are produced by electronic means.
